The History of Beta
BETA was originally known as Basingstoke Engineering Training Association Limited which was a Group Training Association established in 1966 by the Engineering Industry Training Board and a dozen local companies. Since this time BETA has built a reputation for providing high quality cost effective solutions to both large and small companies.
BETA merged with Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) in August 2006 and now offers a wider portfolio of services. BETA is situated in 1 1/2 acres of grounds and has its own well-equipped training centre located within half a mile of Basingstoke town centre. We are close to major airports, roads and rail links, and have ample free car parking available.
